JamesC
Anyone know anywhere thats cheap to park near Stoke Newinton? My sister just bought a flat down there and if we were to visit her it looks like the car parks would be around £30 per day! Coming from up norf that's like 4 weeks wages! hogmaw
She should be able to get you a visitors parking permit. It's quite easy if she asks the council.

I *think* she looked in getting a permit and that was going to be around £90. Unless that was just a regular, non-visitors permit
hogmaw
Yes that's most likely for an annual permit for her own car. As she is a resident it should be quite easy for her to get you a daily permit.
far
http://www.cheapandeasyparking.com And of course there are plenty of side streets you could park in - just triple check the restrictions and tow zones!
ilicos
You're planning on leaving your Supra parked on a street in Stoke Newington???? Good luck with that:taped:
JamesC
Thanks guys, i'll ask her to check out the visitors permit! Is it a bit of a hole round there then? She said across the road was a bit dodgy, or is it all like that? Won't be taking the Supra this time. If i go down i'll be going with my dad to help her with some DIY, so be going in his gs300.
