hodge
What sort of power are 1000cc injectors good for. Idealy I want high imp so I have 1 less box as in the resistor pack in the engine bay. 1000cc hi imp seem to be quite avaliable. Any thoughts Thanks John

Scott
Obtuse is a word I had never noticed used until I watched the shawshank redemption, after that it seemed to pop up everywhere. Not heard it for a while though lol. Obtuse isn't really stupid, its basically blind ignorance to any logic or sense. Obtuse can be deliberate, hence not stupidity. Wez
dont you have 102 octane in selected bp stations in uk Yes, but its over £2 per litre and not exactly readily available.
Wez
As for power on 1000cc injectors it depends on the fuel type and fuel pressure Its also worth noting that some so-called 1000cc injectors are not actually 1000cc, they are measured using a thiner fluid which gives a higher flow rate, since there is no regulation on injector flow testing its a bit open ended really
tooquicktostop
Depends on the octane of the pump fuel............. Yes it was our super unleaded 99 ron, the highest easy to find octane fuel It was at 1.8 bar, above that we were getting no more safe power
