Aw how come?

Got bitten badly by one last year, grabbed his nose and wouldn't let go, he still wanted to play with him afterwards cos he's such a big wuss but now he hides behind us when he sees a black staff.

I blame the owners, everyone's scared of Loki and I'm sure the dogs pick up on it and want to defend them.

Tbourner: beautiful dog you've got there! I totally agree about it being all down to the owners. My two are staffie crosses themselves. If the owner isn't firm with them they do have a tendency to take the piss a bit and get a bit dominant. The worst is when you get the owners who encourage it, they're naturally people loving dogs and tend to do anything to please their owners - combine it with their strength and determination and I can see why some get into trouble. They're generally wonderful dogs though, they don't deserve their reputation at all. Great with kids, so tolerant. So sorry about what happened to yours :(
