actuator single or dual port?

Its a dual port actuator.

 

i dont think that is correct, i throught dual port is a hose connection either side of the diaphram, on the supra there are 2 connections on one side, one goes to boost pressure and the other goes to the vsv, the vsv switches to stop wastegate creep and not control boost pressure, please correct me if i am wrong

Yes you're correct, it not really a twin port just a loop though for the VSV and second turbo actuator, but it is the only boost control actuator as such.
