The SIR;s are quite hard to come bye, or atleast they were when i was looking hence the price.

Respray on a car that has coverd only 60k would be a bit of a worry in my eyes, but who knows it could just be an ultra picky owner.

Go take a look, what's the worst that could happen :)

sir's are nice cars :) i'v got a civic vti and its just the jap version really. good engine the old B series. if you want to go all out though EK9's are awsome

basically just check the engine over and the rear arches for rust they are the usual problems rust is a bugger on civics. just make sure oil is nice and clean aswell :)

go on hondacivicforum if you want some advice i think they have a buyers guide.

I've had several and still own the CRX SIR, I had a lot of problems with one old Civic so be careful.

And they're over priced for what they are if you ask me.

If you want a cheap SIR I'd sell you my CRX for very cheap ; )

Otherwise mega money, go for an MR2 or N/A Supra.

Guess being in my 20's means I'm old then...

It's an Auto, but just like a go-kart.

I've had manual VTI's/SIR's and the manual Y21 gearboxes break after 2 mins.

Il send you a copy of 3 bills all for over £600 for a replacement gearbox on 2 cars.

The auto's are far more reliable and this has been my best by a mile never letting me down and at 170bhp in a car that weighs as much as a pack of crisps.

It's as quick as my current N/A (Just not as good looking - don't tell your son).

Il let it go for less than a grand, have a look in my garage for photos.

Needs a touch up on the drivers door due to discoloured paint but other than that its in good nick.

Less than 60k miles.

If you want any advice on Civic's/CRX's let me know,

Andy
