I was soooooo looking forward to this! Even collected my car from the garage yesterday, had to get from London to Torquay to get the car to make this meet!

 

Gutted! Bloody snow! It never snows in December!

 

You would truly have to have balls of steel to go to Ace Cafe, and I would also suggest to anyone not to go, it's just not worth it.

 

Thanks Lui for organising this and maybe we could postpone it for January 2010?

Shame about this as I was looking forward to coming, but I've just collected my car from the bodyshop, I had to be pushed twice on the way home as I got stuck on ice, so I wouldn't risk it coming on my own

Guys- I've just come back from Ace and no one was there!!

 

Apparently only about 5 cars turned up and they all left at 8pm.

 

So disappointed. I hope there's another one soon.

Sorry dude, I was planning on going but didn't fancy my chances in the snow. It cleared up a lot today but the roads were still icy & with a lot of people dropping out didn't think it was worth the effort. Though in future get logged into the forum before you got to events. I normally post before I leave anyway!
