I have just tuned my car, runnging boostlogic turbo kit with the 71mm Gtq..

Running great for 2 days , but when I was driving it in second gear, boosting to only 6000 rpm, something happend, the WG staid open and the car was noisy as hell.

I taked down everything and looking on the WG to se if something was bad on it, But it didnt seems to been any problems. The spring was still hard as hell and so on.

Assembeld everything again, and it was still leaking through the WG down the screamer pipe on the wastegate, you can hear big different holding your hand over the end of the screamer pipe when the car is only on idle.

What can be the problem? gasket problem or do I need a new wastegate?

These WG arent that cheap.. :(

I have conect it both using my HKS evc, and only with the WG adn turbo. So it is not the EVC that is the problem..

I have 4 bolts to screw it to the exhaust manifold and some sort of spacer between the manifold and the wastegate. Wich side of that plate "spacer" are the gasket going to sit? I have put it closest to the manifold. And always been there witn no issues in the begining either.
