Reason for selling is that he has bought an X5 and is moving away so needs it gone! You can e-mail him on Pistonheads or ask me as i know pretty much everything about the car! He says its very clean and it is as he cleans it every week and only uses it at weekends but at the moment doesnt use it at all due to the new car!
