ManwithSupra
Hi All, I have two of these for sale £150 each + £5 for delivery - no need to worry about sending these as there are no moving parts and can withstand up to 1000g's apparantly, but they will be boxed with padding etc. I was going to upgrade my PC and Laptop but to be honest i really cant be botherd to reinstall everything. One has been opened (for the picture) otherwise these are brand new units. Here are the Specs. Capacity 80 GB Interface ATA-7 / SATA 2.6 Performance Maximum Sequential Read - 250 MB/s Maximum Sequential Write - 70 MB/s The performance of these drives are astounding, http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/Intel-x25-m-SSD,2012.html http://www.laptopmag.com/review/storage/intel-x25-m.aspx
MRX
I dont know much about solid state stuff, but i guess they would really improve the performance if your OS is installed on one of these?

ManwithSupra
Got the specific model type? Also know what firmware's on them? How much warranty is left on them? The Specific Intel part number is SSDSA2MH080G1HP (remove the HP bit at the end and its the same as the Intel drive) the HP part number for the drive is 486304-001 The Firmware revision on the drive that is opened is 8781. These are replacement SSD's for the HP Elitebook 6930p so the warranty on these drives is 90 days (i only got these last week so i guess thats eaten into the 90 days).
