More pics please :) Really love the MkII escort, rwd, lightweight but in need of a decent power plant. My neighbour has a stripped and caged one with a red top lump in, it's very nimble but not all that quick.

Black one?

Absolutely insane, the acceleration on the straight is madness! What is a Cosworth YB lump?

Classic motor that, good friend of mine has had his for years (we used to have much fun back and forth from work in it many years ago, but that's another story :eyebrows:),

He was very near to buying a BDA engine for it couple of weeks ago, but decided not to as the max he would get out of it is around the 220bhp mark (and very empty pockets for it :().

He's now bought a ST170 to go in (with a few little mods ;) ) Only cost him £220 with 35,000 on the engine.

So looking forward to seeing this on the strip :D

No electronics helping out with this kind of motor, feel it through ya arse boy :D
