There are two threaded holes, bolt into each, bar to support and a BIG breaker bar onto the bolt. Its torqued to about 300ft lbs from memory. Guest Luigi Posted October 11, 2009 Share Posted October 11, 2009 OEM TT pulley: Two holes, 65mm centre to centre. I used 8mm high tensile bolts (M8 x 40), the heads have 8.8 stamped on them. I know very little about metric sizing, I just bought a small range of bolts until some fitted. They have a fine thread with a possible pitch of 1.0 The threads in the pulley holes will be clogged and may need cleaning first. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
