CJ
I ended up buying the Kymco and after a rather shaky start, (the steering is very strange going into bends at speed - well, 40 mph ) I am now having great fun with it. It is a lovely blue colour not dissimilar to one of my old Supra's that was painted in the Kawasaki colour. Therefore, it has been christened...."The Blue Bullet" Pics to follow
CJ
Good luck with it on those shiny tarmac roads Col. I still remember my slip in Zante all too well. So far so good my friend. TBH, I will only be using it to nip around to the shops, beach etc as I don't go much further - well, TBH, there isn't much further to go on an island that is about 8 miles wide and 30 long

CJ
Hi Col' date='just round the corner from you at the mo (well, Crete) Stupid hot here today, don't wanna go home next week [/quote'] I had my honeymoon there...but other than that I have great memories of the place It is nice here today too. Not stupid hot (probably about 26 degrees) so nice to wander about and as it is quiet, you have plenty of room and time to see things at leisure. How is Crete with regards tourists? Still busy?
