Pete
Nice. I can't believe they've remade a Nightmare on Elm Street - looks the same as the original?

Matt H
Nice. I can't believe they've remade a Nightmare on Elm Street - looks the same as the original? I've not actually seen the original, but I presume that because a lot of the film is set in 'dream land', the special effects they can add to a remake could make it a worthy reprisal. Matt H
Ohh also, while you're on there, check out the 'the crazies'; it looks pretty good, and not just your average horror no plotter.

You should. The dreamland is basically the same as real life so I can't see how SFX will help so much. The originals were pretty scary and gruesome for their time - maybe my thinking is tainted with rose tinted memory goggles.
