Oooh, V-band clamp joining the turbo to the zorst manifold. Tasty :)

Nice big turbo that, I assume you are running stock internals, are you not nervous? :)

I know someone running 2 bar on pump fuel , 76 DBB, cams and stock bottom end , no rod bolts and revving to 9K , been fine for 15,000 miles :read:

Dude

Nice work Ash

Got to love the r-type ;)

Did you move or loose the oil/Tranny cooler on the right hand side ?

Hi Pete,

Tranny cooler still in stock position just hat to cut away bottom bracket, to fit I/C pipe run as you can see from last pic.

Yes Ian, stock internals and me nervous, na. :D

Cool. I feel bad saying this but I'm glad you're gonna guinea-pig those stock internals with way more power than I'd run - if they can survive that over an extended period I can relax more :D

This could be the most exciting thread on the forum. :ecstatic:

Is it not slightly daunting doing all of this work yourself? Are you a trained mechanic or just very capable unlike myself who's frightened of anything technical :drown: .......although I once tried to fit an induction kit to a 1.25 16v Fiesta. :D
