Charlotte
This is my all time favourite song. Ok, it's not that bad but now when I hear the original I'll think of her screwed up face. Yb3XAP0c8WU The original:- u9lEd5bIbbQ Damn you Britain's got talent. Damn you British public. Damn you Oprah. Why do they have to do this?! Matt H
Two blank spaces for me (works interent blocking is getting worse ). Which song are you refering to?
Tannhauser
Well, I can see why you would be upset, but as cover versions go I don't think it's approaching the biblical awfulness of some others. Examples that spring to mind: Scissor Sisters - Comfortably Numb William Orbit - Barber's Adagio I also hate that version of 'White Wedding' currently on some car advert. Not that Billy Idol's version was exactly a classic, but at least it had a bit of fire.
Thorin
Covers I like... Wicked Game - HIM Land of confusion - Disturbed Faith - Limp Bizkit

I know it could be worse but I hate her. I hate the way that people with little talent take songs from people that are clearly passionate about the music and turn them into shit (obviously there have been some good covers but that's bands that are already established paying tribute to someone else). That Alexandra Burke woman that won x-factor last year. Murdered Jeff Buckley's Hallelujah. There must be song writers left in this world, why can't record labels find some and write some new stuff. I couldn't agree more. I guess the whole thing about manufactured stars is that to make it, they can't have to forgo any shred of originality or creative talent they might have. Their job is to do what they are told, and that's to stick to a rigid, risk-free formula.

Charlotte
Yep. I don't class that as the original though. Because it was so rubbish.
