Can we have some before and after pics :eyebrows:

 

Iv told claire not to post any pics just now, as i feel its way to early for her to be posting them. She has sent some to myself as i need to monitor her progress.

 

Once im happy with her diet and how she is progressing, i'll let her post pics.

No probs mate, im helping alot of people on the board now. I can only advise and set up your routines and diet, then its down to you. And only you can F*k it up. :D

Right well i lost half a stone woo hoo :D then xmas happened and i was away so didn't do much. Finding is so hard to get rid of the belly fat though. I'm giving running a go the last few weeks and hoping that will shift it.

Iv lost 2st, on my diet just now, aiming for another stone, then i'll be happy for going on hols.

 

Claire remember running training, is the fun bit, the diet is the hardest part, trying to say no to a choc biscuit, chocolate etc.

 

As long as your diet is in check, and your doing cardio the weight will shift over a period of time, be PATIENT!! Its the KEY!!!

I am eating pretty good now compared to what i was doing i admit i mite eat a chocolate bar or something now n again but when i was off it for 10 weeks i really did feel miserable because i missed a lot of foods. What i have to lose is very minor i think but dont worry im not eating chocolate cakes every evening :D.

 

Ive got my friend to go to the gym with me now in the mornings so its good

claire when you feel peckish drink huge glass of water. kills the hunger. can you swim its great for toneing up and burning calories.sorry to be hard on ya but you did all the hard work and then xmas its no excuse. remember how you look and feel its a lifestyle at least 1hr a day cardio and no crap at all. keep the chin up you can do it. aim for summer to see some results

fair play mate same here 2 stone of since november its hard work

well i was hardly not gonna eat any xmas food at all im not saying i pigged out like i was away from the gym and out of my routine. im doing 45 min cardio no more because i just cant keep going that long.

thats brillant keep it up sorry if i was a bit hard on ya.try and do 5 days a week come the summer it will all be worth it
