She has sent some to myself as i need to monitor her progress. Once im happy with her diet and how she is progressing, i'll let her post pics. Finding is so hard to get rid of the belly fat though. I'm giving running a go the last few weeks and hoping that will shift it. Claire remember running training, is the fun bit, the diet is the hardest part, trying to say no to a choc biscuit, chocolate etc. As long as your diet is in check, and your doing cardio the weight will shift over a period of time, be PATIENT!! I am eating pretty good now compared to what i was doing i admit i mite eat a chocolate bar or something now n again but when i was off it for 10 weeks i really did feel miserable because i missed a lot of foods. What i have to lose is very minor i think but dont worry im not eating chocolate cakes every evening .
