i get sick of just eating salad on its own for the whole week :(

 

Its only for a short time though remember, thats what the saturdays are for CHEAT day. You'l look forward to it even more. :D

 

Claire you can change your salad to something else of the same value, try some cous cous and chicken, or have boiled eggs and cous cous.

hmm yeh that might work i like salad but i like it in a sandwich etc i find it hard on its own. I'll try some cous cous :)

Get cardio in first thing in the morning, 45 minutes brisk walk before breakfast.

 

When i diet down i do 45 minutes first thing, then 45 minutes late afternoon. Search something called carb cycling, this is what i do but to be honest, a stone in a few weeks may be asking a bit much.

 

I, on average lose around 2 stone in 10 weeks when i cut but that is using extra "supplements" aswell as perfect diet and cardio.

Oh and listen to EVERYTHING this guy tells you (about dieting :p ), he is a genius and has a wealth of knowledge!!

no way i could get cardio in the mornings im so lazy i couldnt get up earlier :D

 

Not too bad this week i lost 3 pounds this week. The week before i got weight i had eaten and drank some water and put on a pound n a half so ive lost about 1.5 pounds the last two weeks im well delighted :)

Good luck Claire, keep at it. If it comforts you in any way, I am also under a regime at the moment so it's nice to know someone else is avoiding chocolate ;)

Glad its coming along good claire. 1.5lbs is alot when you think about it. You still need to try and hit cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, this is where you'l burn most of the fat. :D Keep it going any questions ask me. If it says im offline on MSN im not im just hidden :D

That's still good going considering you ain't doing cardio in the mornings.

 

Gayle (my missus) does a workout dvd in the living room before getting ready for work, must only be about 30-45 mins long. If she can't get out for a walk at night she will do the dvd again.

 

Don't get me wrong, it's cheesy as hell and really isn't a pretty sight but it has done her the word of good.
