Guest billywhizz007
Hi all, The end of my far left edge chrome panel has come loose and is rattling against the underside of the bonnet. Could someone please recommend a good adhesive? I guess that area won't get too hot as it's outside the engine bay. The dried stuff sticking the rest down is black in colour, don't know if that was the original colour! Thanks
leonardjon
I have the same chrome bits and my left one flaps too! I tried a few different glues but they all failed after a while - interested to know what recommendations there are!

Nic
The panel on the top of the inner wing? I'd just either remove it or re-stick with double sided foam tape.
Guest billywhizz007
Thanks guys, think I'll try bonding it and if it doesn't work then foam tape it is
Terminator
What ever you use make sure you degrease the area very well.
chrispot
try a good natural cure clear silicone, sticks very well to smooth surfaces, same as used in bathrooms, work well on my car, I used it to stick a thin stainless sheet over my PAS tank last year, still ok, regards chris.
