SupraStar 3000
Howdy and welcome. For 8/9k you could buy an absolutely top condition N/A. Don't get tempted by bling. Look for condition and history Try http://www.autotrader.co.uk (thats where I bought mine) or try some traders http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=9 Hope you find your soop soon
CJ
Welcome friend For that sort of money you can buy a minter of an N/A. Dont rush in, take your time and preferably take someone with you who knows a bit about Supra's.
MARTIN R
Welcome mate, you will get a top NA for that kind of money.

Guest m0rb.x
well, iam kindda thinking that seeing as this seems to be a stricly enthusiasts community, that the majority of cars sold within these forums will be well maintained and looked after examples?. also could i actually see myself a half decent tt for my budget? id really like to stay with a manual car also if thats poss. were there ever n/a manuals made? thanks
Trig
were there ever n/a manuals made? thanks Yup i have one. Keep your eye on the for sale section. Also Paul E of Miami GT could help you out with a TT. Very helpful chap is Paul Welcome by the way
Guest m0rb.x
is it advisable to just go for the TT straight up....iam sure its come up before, but who has made the mistake of going n/a then wanting a TT soon after? will i want one as soon as i get a ride in one? help :/ lol
Soonto_HAS_soop
Depends if you like to "mod" cars....... TT is a much better starting point for mods and a lot of power can be had from a simple decat and fuel pump change. Do a search and see what you think. The NA will be quick, but if you like to mod, the NA becomes expensive to get much out of compared to the TT, you cannot just whack the tubbies from a TT onto the NA engine. Guest m0rb.x
just a random thought..how old was everyone when they got their first supra? i kindda get the feeling there are some younger owners and some who have been around for a while longer iam only 21, but ive always adored the supra and vowed to buy one when insurance stopped being such a joke. its still going to be a pain, but managable id like to think
