AndrewOW
Love the turtato! I might have a jacket turtato this evening. All the nutrition of carbohydrates on the outside, and the lovely meaty protein centre. A walking pasty. I also really like Charlotte potatoes, as they are great boiled, lightly fried in garlic and herbs, and also make a fantastic potato salad. Lovely. No wonder you were named after them. Ewen
Roast potatoes are to die for. Roast potato wedges too. Cooked in goose fat, served with gravy...dash of Worcese Woostersesh Lee and Perrins.
