Rob_Mitchell
hey girls and guys thought i would share some pics of my engine bay i have been working on lately, getting it ready for santapod. all the covers were supplied by reflections aka rays the roof, and i think they look really good. im now trying to replace some of the bolts with red anodised ones because im sad ha ha:). painted the cam covers too, and replaced the spark plugs. just needs oil and filter change now then im ready. thanks for looking. SupraShaun
Looks good mate. Where did you get the anodised bolts?
Rob_Mitchell
just off ebay, i had some laying around in the garage fitted a couple and thought they looked cool so decided to buy a load more, there only aluminium so wouldnt advise using them on important parts but cam covers and holding brackets on there ideal. jim
I like that mate, very nice! Glad you didn't go for an orange cam cover. Was the bottom half of the cam cover straight forward to remove? I did the top part of mine last week but ran out of time for the bottom part so it's next on the to do list.
Rob_Mitchell
yeah its really easy, i was thinking orange but it could look a bit over the top and we had some left over metalic grey mixed up so i just used that, then laquired over the stickers.
