Chris Wilson
We get digital via a normal aerial and TV set top box. I believe that people receiving the signal via a relay transmitter will lose ITV3 and ITV4. How do I find out if we are served from a relay transmitter? Seems a simple, and probably useful thing to find out, but 20 minutes Googling has got me no further! A retune seems to lost Channel 5, ITV3 and ITV4.... Bloody BBC and high definition TV, we are still having to change the wick in our TV!

Thorin
Perhaps give it an hour or two and try again Chris? Everything I've seen so far just said retune "after lunch time", with no specific time.
RedM
I've been looking around some boards and a second retune seems to work. Bit concerned that the image quality of FIVE appears to have dropped.

Branners
One of the venue TVs stopped working just after lunch, just did a retune and all the channels are back including all the ITV ones.
