martini Posted September 30, 2009 Share Posted September 30, 2009 was a bit chilly last night so plonked on the heating. woke up this morning and felt dreadful. according to my mom having the heating on all niht causes this almost hungover like feeling. so tonight im sat here with the heating off, toes feeling a bit cold but as long as i dont wake up feeling as i did this morning then itl be worth it. That's dehydration. Used to happen to me if I didn't drink enough in the day - woke up hungover! (That's one of the reasons a hang over is so bad!). Hate being to hot in bed! Even flip the duvet in the middle of the night if im too hot! (the girlfriend does not take to kindly to that!)
