martini
Coming soon! Vodafone Orange Price wars - there you go people - keep your network and get the iPhone! EDIT: Oh, and Vodafone customers are allowed to use the iPlayer over 3G, so very likely the BBC will remove the restriction on that network... Ian R
This is interesting as I have a 3G's on Pay monthly on a rolling contract.
bigbloodyturbo
Sounds good. They really need to do something about the price of phones now anyway whether they start some heavy competition or what. I've been due an upgrade since July and I've been trying to pick a good phone, but everytime I see one I like, the guy in the shop turns around and says "you'll need to be on a £45 a month contract for that mate". I remember when being on a £35 a month contract meant that you could have almost any phone in the shop when renewal time came around. AndrewOW
This is interesting as I have a 3G's on Pay monthly on a rolling contract. Yes, me too, and I'm still in a Vodafone contract until next August, while I'm also running the O2 account too, so if I can migrate back to Vodafone with the iPhone and stop the O2 account, it would save me a packet! Abz
Does anyone know of any news with Tmobile? Last time I spoke to them they did not reveal much other than they are in talks with apple regarding the iphone.
Charlotte
Oooh hoorah! Although I want a blackberry now.
tbourner
I wonder how much it'll be? A billion trillion pounds a month probably. I want a blackberry too, but they're also silly money that I can't afford - I was looking at the Satio but will probably just end up with a Jet. martini
Does anyone know of any news with Tmobile? Last time I spoke to them they did not reveal much other than they are in talks with apple regarding the iphone. Well, Vodafone only bowed to Apple after over a year of talks, due to Orange bowing down and signing. Tmobile have to decide; either they don't have the iPhone and lose business, or they do but have to run the phone the way Apple want. TTRickeh
God, here was me expecting some sort of competitive pricing. Those tarriffs are almost exactly the same as 02's.
ScottC
Does anyone know if you can just buy a pay as you go iphone from your existing mobile provider and just swap the sim cards over?
