Leaking petrol line

Hi,

One of my petrol lines is corroded and leaking underneath the car.

Any idea how big a job this is??

You really need to use at least a pair of ramps, access to the pipes isn't too bad.

 

I relaced the fuel line that goes to the filter, very reasonably priced from the parts dept at my local Toyota dealer.

Just done the brakes today, calipers, discs, pads.

The pipes don't look bad but this one has corroded at the same place as the rest mentioned in the thread, under the black plastric cover, where the pipes are held by the plastic holder (must be a bit of a water trap). Still not clear on how big a job it is to change?

Lifting the car up to give you plenty of room is the key. Use your iniative for the rest, it's only a length of pipe.
