Matt H
I know a lot of people like their phones on here, so what are peoples opinions on this? Perhaps as a potential alternative to having to start a new contract to get I-Phone? It was supposed to be out this month but time is fast running out on that. http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_idou-2683.php

Todd
I got the iPhone but my brother sold me the google G1 50 pounds I have to say the g1 is better Internet Had a lot of mobile phones now and as much as I didn't like the iphone as an actual phone, still the best for web browsing IMO. G1 is a better all rounder but I still prefer Windows Mobile phones simply for the tweaking factor

Matt H
Any opinions on the Samsung Tocca Lite? I know it is not in the same league as the Iphone etc but it looks like my sons are thinking of buying me on for Xmas as Carphone Warehouse have then up for 80.00 on payg My GF has the ultra, not sure what the difference is but hers seems alright. Not played around with it much though. There seems to be a big problem with her particular one though, as when she calls me, it would be like I was having a conversation with her over an old school radio. i.e, when she wasn't speaking, it would go completely silent on her end, no tranmission at all. Which, you may not think so, but it is really bizarre and annoying. You feel like you're not talking to anyone. She's gone back to using her old N95 now. Not sure what's causing the problem, whether it's the phone, network or something else, but I've never known it on any other phone before; or network for that matter. Matt H
The thing is, for me, I'm currently on a brilliant contract with 02 and I don't want to have to cancel it to start a new one just to get an iphone; i'd otherwise I'd have one. For an extra £18 per month it really isn't worth me getting one and starting a new contract. That's why I'm looking at alternative options, but I've been out of the game for 18months now and phones have rocketed forward since then.
