Scott
I read a few posts in a thread a while back discussing electrical goods and how the manufacturer must commit to repairing any faults, regardless of the length of their warranty, if they are less than two years old. I'm sure this was an EU legislation thing but i can't find it. Trying to help someone in work as they are having trouble with PCtwats, trying to get the article number etc. that covers it. Thanks
Meko
no idea on the thread but it's the Sale of Goods Act that states anything should have a reasonable lifetime but as far as i remember it's the vendor rather than the manufacturer
