Am looking to upgrade the injectors to 650cc. Which would be the better fuel controller to usew SAFC or Emanage?

What else would i need with the emanage or SAFC?

Need to allow for future mods aswell.

Thanks

:thanks:

I presume the field harness allows it to connect to the supe?
A Fields harness is just an extension to the original ECU harness. It enables you to connect up you e-Manage (and whatever else you like) outside of the car in your own workshop or wherever. You then unplug the stock harness from the ECU and plug the Fields harness in between the two. They're great for convienience but not cheap. They're a 'nice to have' thing.

The aem Wideband is required if YOU intend to map the car, and want to always be able to see if the AFR's are safe.

If you arn't interested in either, you will still need an Wideband sensor boss fitted to your car for the mapper to put his sensor in whilst he maps but you can then just seal that with a bolt.

The Field harness extends the stock wiring loom by about a foot and allows you to hack it apart instead of the stock loom. Mohd's one comes with spliced connectors already for the eManage.

The more Basic unit is the safc...

However with a laptop the eManage, once you know what you're doing, is very clear with it's windows based software.

If you have a laptop of access to one the eManage rules. Without...you'd be best off with a SAFC unless you buy the E-01 Boost Controller from GReddy which can operate the eManage.

Well ignore what I said about Mohd doing a prepped harness...looks like he's stopped :(

Sorry...

The WB02 is about £270 from Dusty at MVP...you'd have to ask him for a more accurate quote...not sure how much it would be from Vortex??

It's a billion times better than trying to solder in the footwell (I'm assured ;) ). Can't think of anyone who has not been delighted not to have to hack about in the foot well ;) :D
I think that's a slight exageration, they're only a million times better.

I was just trying to point out that Fields harnesses aren't strictly necessary. You can do the job without one although I'd definitely prefer to have one.
