markssupra
Found Carl Bibby's chargespeed supra on salvage site. http://www.hbc.co.uk/cgi-bin/zyview/D=vehicles/V=bidding/R=3790854 Fancied buying it myself to strip down for parts. Not sure about the kit but still a shame to see it.

Kev_A
Alot of tasty bits on that car! Seats look like they'd be worth a pop, anyone have any pics of it before the accident? (And I don't mean the kit )
markssupra
It doesn't look too badly damaged, but it could be costly to find out.
tooquicktostop
I am sure this car was it AFR on the open day earlier this year, it was looking in need of some TLC then, guess it got crashed instead, no insurance company would fix that car with the cost of that kit and paint, shame, I never really liked it but it was a great show car in its day

(And I don't mean the kit ) That's what I as thinking. Bet the wheels are worth a bit, although the offset ould mean they could only go on a car with a wide kit. Fitz
This car was parked up on my road not so long ago, looked amazing I must say. Such a shame to see it like that I even posted a thread asking about who it belonged to. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=184154

Guest FL45H
ah well i missed out shame as a week before it went for £1k less, i just forgot to bid (buyer didnt pay) expect this car to show up on ebay within a week, still damaged just tarted up. I know who the top bidder was and they always do this. I viewed the car a few weeks back, there is damage to the steering rack and subframe. front panel smashed too. rest of the car is pretty tatty every panel has damage, filler cracks everywhere, and you cant match candy paint. So full respray is required. Also I heard that something went bang on the engine a while back so it might not be running the same internals as when carl had it. marcAB10
it is a shame to see a car like this get to such a state, the kit is marmite but as you say, a lot of hard work must have originally gone into it.
jimojameso
Hope it does get fixed. I wouldn't have it but can appreciate the work that went into it. Unlucky Flash but it does sound it like it will need another 10k to get it all going again
