tomssupra
Hi, Dad's looking to renew the Grand Cherokee 97' - any recommendations of 4x4's for under £4-5k? Just looking at the 2004 version so far... Thanks
edge
Has it got to be petrol, lpg or diesel? Is the 4x4 an important feature ? By that i mean a landrover is more capable off road than say bmw x5
tomssupra
diesel pref, petrol is ok - something with a large boot and roof racks, don't really go off-road.. Thanks

Konrad
hi lux surf mine was bomb proof! I also had Hilux Surf, gone to Poland 3 or 4 times, this incredible machine never missed a bit. Make sure it have uprated head if you are going for 2.4TD, 3.0 engine does not suffer from head cracking. Parts are incredibly cheap and Hiluxes are very very comfy. Love my Hilux Surf, bulletproof and great to drive. The 3.0 TD is the one to get.
