Guigsy
i hada black clio and yeah it was a nightmare. i just gave up washing it in the end Candy gold is a bit.... well you need the right car to pull it off. Basides candy paint is a BITCH if you ever need to spray a bumper or somthing.
wolfking
hiya mate yeah i know what you mean about the clean colour thing, my evos black and you see the finger prints on it in seconds. choice of colour wise in relation to looking clean i reckon your best choices are green, red, blue or silver boring i know but your decision on what shades. Dont go for white or yellow either my 2 new editions are those colours and i can tell you their an absolute bitch to look decent.
cheekymonkey
I hardly ever wash my gunmetal supra however it usually looks pretty nice
Lbm
I don't think I'd let the "it's so hard to keep it clean" thing come in to the equation. Just chose the colour you want and enjoy.
kslb
202 Black is by far the best colour out there in my opinion. My supe is 202 and my old '74 reliant Scimitar will be 202 when I have finished with it. If you must go for a respray then at least buy a supe in a bad colour like blue, white or red at least they are worth covering up. Black supes generally sell really well and are very sought after so why depreciate your car with a respray. All that being said it is your car do whatever you want, I have gone against advice in the past with many cars but always been happy with my own decissions.
