lexsum Posted September 17, 2009 Share Posted September 17, 2009 also totting up is from date of offence to date of offence, not date of sentence or any other dates. the 4 year period is how long the DVLA will print the points on you licence - you will have to pay to get a new 'clean' licence after the 4 years unless you move house of course.
