Given that MW2 is based on the same engine as COD4 (which supports dedicated servers/mods), the only reason IW have dumbed down the PC version and lumped us with an inferior P2P solution (aka IW.NET) is to make more $$$ as they can now charge for DLC. It is the end of the line for this game on the PC, its MP will be as big a fail as Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising (another P2P networking MP game).
