Diane Abol
ok, Ryan's car is all done and ready to go to the mappers 8=) We have one slight problem to solve first, weve spent most of today trying to get to the bottom of it !!! Fuel is not being delivered to the plugs ; we have disconnected the fuel return and there is plenty of fuel flow there; so the problem is not with the fuel pump itself. We have installed 1000cc injectors, they are the same impedance as the stock injectors - so thats not the cause. We have removed and refitted the throttle body , no signs there of anything wrong there. Tried new EFI relays - no joy. Anyone got any brainy ideas, please fire away !!! eyefi
so the injectors rnt firing, u probably rnt on stock ecu?? ecu not programed correctly or wiring problem, sounds a bit obvious and uv probably checked this. does it work with a stock ecu? faulty injectors ?? they defo low impedance ?? Alex
Fuel is not being delivered to the plugs Ummm shouldn't it be delivered to the injectors!!?? Sorry couldn't resist. When you say it doesn't get to them...do they even get "wet" Ie that it hit the back side of them but then they don't feed the fuel through? If so it sounds like an electrical problem.... Need4Speed
Does the fuel injection on these systems need bleeding when first run from dry?
