Mcvites69
Hi all , i've been on here for a bit , so it about time i said hello. I'm Mark from Nottingham (born in Birmingham tho) I've alway thought N/A mk4 supra were overpriced, people get one put some alloys from Halfords on, get a veilside copy bumper off ebay and hey its worth 3K now mate ,yeah its a 93 K reg and it done 200,000 km still worth it lol. But i finally got one the other day , and after driving it back (over 100miles) what a great car , nice smooth auto box , little road noise apart from the cat back, i put 20 quid in with the fuel light on and so far its done 155km (better than me old gto better than my evo). nice black half leather trim , full leather rear, in black inside , parking sensors one front /rear , its only done 78,000 miles . So hopefully i'll have a hassle free ownership fingers crossed a .

michael
Welcome aboard, interesting that you feel £3000 is far too much for a Supra though, how much was yours?
Mcvites69
I swapped my Honda accord type R (235bhp) plus £300 for it . As soon as i've sorted a few thing out and washed it lol i'll sort some photos out. Its missing a rear spat (pass side ) he said it came off on motorway ? so i want to sort that so it look good enough to post photo's. Don't get me wrong some cars are worth 3k for there age but there more that eren't worth it than are worth it. Twin turbo's are worth alot more than 3K more like 5k plus , i'm on about non-turbo mk4s Edited September 9, 2009 by Mcvites69 missed a bit (see edit history)

DSK
Welcome, I'm in Notts as well. Only ever seen 1 other MK4 in my time which was a black one, not sure if it was a N/A or TT, but it was a Jspec car with a ludicurous body kit on. BTW- enjoy it and keep it properly locked up. Mcvites69
Hi guys thanks for the welcome . Yeah i'll keep it locked up alright in Nottingham lol. Its cat 1 with a cat 1 immobilizer . I got the car from Blackburn , its an import , what model i don't know. its got parking sensors tho , leather tirm etc all black inside, N/A auto, bright red, 18" alloys are battered (stevie wonders been parking it) a full re-furbs needed, what ever car i have i'll always spend money on it , but i'm not one for shiny paint , or big ice installs ( why add weight to a sports car !) , it will only go on the car if it makes it stop better, go faster or handle better. But thats me lol.
