Cheers guys got some more pics to upload in morning when i get back on a computer.

 

Dash is out and primed as are the few engine bits and boot is all ready for spraying ! :)

 

Looking forward to the Dash pics. You spraying it silver Bud? Or a Matt Black?

Noooo, it was aimed at Ric, who said it was lazy to leave it in there. How would it get sprayed if you took it out? Which is why I said it would look odd, unpainted.

ahh right gotcha. Cheers mate, i thought it was a bit of a strange comment by him but i guess everyone has their own views! :taped:

Actually Ric does raise a good point about the blanking plug and cig lighter surround. If they are not removed before priming and painting the finish around the gaps is going to end up looking bad and will crack/craze after time.

 

It'd be best to get Matt to remove the cig lighter holder and blanking plug before it gets a final prime and paint. It's only 10 minutes work (though the cig part can be tricky if not done before!).

 

Trust me, you will want these removed before a final paint.
