dude
That goes for the British ex-pats when they descend on their chosen part of foreign lands. It should have held true during that great land grab called The Empire. I wonder how many True Brits 'muddied the waters' out on Africa and the like. Frankly, f**k borders and if that means more people want to come here then let them. It might make the True Brits work a bit harder to hold on to what they've got rather than believing that they have a right to it. Most Ex Pats ive met are arseholes anyway and if I were to live in anaother country I would at least attempt to speak their language. Your last paragraph just shows how ignorant you are, work harder to hold on to what they have??????? nd how the f**k do you do that when these people work for below mimimum wage because they have a 15 of them sharing a bedsit and pop out at night robbing people. If you don't care who comes to your country then maybe you should make way for someone who does and go to the eastern block. What a cock.

If most were as honest as you we'd at least have a chance of educating them that there are extremists and beyond. Not all of 'x and y' are like that. I can assure you, had you lived in an area like mine growing up your thoughts would be very different. Just a pity most aren't honest like you and truly believe in the BS racist stereotypical media they have been fed. I very much respect the honesty in your post than the others who are hiding reading these threads agreeing with NG but are too scared to come out. I wonder how many there are... L33
L33...an honest post. Have you lived and worked much outside Somerset? Be honest. no i havent to be honest i lived in street from birth to 20 and that had quite a few turkish, i now live in yeovil and its over run my asian and polish there are 2 polish food shops in yeovil, one of which had a sign in the front window saying english customers NOT welcome!! my gf needed a little extra cash so a saturday evening we would help deliver take away food, her mate got her a job doing it for a indian restaurant. ive never heard people speak to each other in such rude ways, even to there staff and mates it was so abrupt and rude. obviously spoke to me and the gf as if they found us under there shoe on the way in. i had to seriously bite my tongue and hold back my racist views just because i know the gf really needed money. glad to say she doesnt do it any more its just the way some asian cant speak english nor really seem interested in trying so look down at you if you give them the time of day to try and understand them, if that is, they even bother trying to speak english. dont even get me started on the asian road users, weekly in the local paper there is a courts section and they name the person and mostly its a asian sounding name with no license, tax or insurance...agian in the uk we HAVE TO HAVE A VALID UK DRIVERS LICENSE, ROAD TAX AND INSURANCE!!! L33
o and a recent addition to fueling my fire, my brother in law has just lost his job, he worked in a petrol station and him and a couple other employees have been sacked and mayb its just random or planned but the replacements are all asian. the manager is also asian. now the reason they have been sacked is he does shifts during the day, this petrol station now want to be 24hr so he asked who wants to do nights, a couple including my brother in law didnt as it was 5 nights a week. so instead of getting more employees to cover nights he sacked them and then employeed "bosses words" more flexable staff...all asian? now you could look at that and say well thats his fault for not wanting to work nights but should he have to? and you could say its because the asians he hired are more determined to work? but then again does that mean he has to loose his day shifts because the new asian employees can also cover nights? im glad you appreciate my honesty im not here to offend any one, im aware we have a few mixed raced here, doesnt mean i dislike them or will refuse to talk to them i just have a few views and points i wanted to get across for me partially agreeing with a FEW of the BNPs points

L33 you do sound like a reasoanble chap Sometimes we project our own fears onto other people -making them appear rude or obnoxious etc, when really it is ourselves who are unsure/frightened. And sometimes of course other pepole are rude, naturally. Perhaps get to know some of these people you're talking about - and see them as people who are simply trying to work, trying to get by, trying to live etc in these tough times. I've been working in secondary schools now for 23 years in and around London and the Home counties. I've personally taught over 30,000 students in my time. Most are very nice kids. Some were even white too. Why just the other day I was talking to my two Polish lodgers and my Mauritian business partner about our Indian accountant's fees (the man's expensive, but very good ) Anyway, I see these people as my friends and not as just their nationalities or skin colour. ...it's tough being so right-on! L33
Are you actually being serious? 100% the police advised them to remove it for there lives sake! was in the local papers also polish really are every where in yeovil, lots of fights quite often. ive experienced it 1st hand. usually they just shout abuse out in town against english! or the other usual occurance is they think they can handle any ones girlfriend. they go around in there groups and have there own estate of flats they live in. when out in town they just stand and stare and generally make you feel uncomfortable. yeovil has a few boxing clubs, chav fests, hard man punch outs so its not always a joyfull place
supra_aero
C'mon lee. I don't need to tell you that you can't base your views of a nation/race on the 20-40 people you have met. I can't believe I am actually having this conversation to be honest. You are making very sweeping assumptions which happens to support your unfortunately bad prejudice and luck thus far. Which I am sure every black and asian guy in the country could do the same if they were to follow your logic. Infact every person white/black or asian could complain - he served me first, etc. etc. because I am not x. And keep finding other examples which satisfy that assumption. Am off to the bars now. Wish me luck for scoring tonight

No. even tho you might be a small minority that has been treated badly there you still wouldnt recommend them this is how it is for me surely? im not tryin to belittle you in any sence just trying to understand where your coming from. as i said im not here to fall out with any one

imi
L33 - out of interest where are you from, your english seems a bit poor which is why I ask the question. As for the NO ENGLISH ALLOWED Sign - I find that very hard to believe and would certainly kick a fuss if I came across it. That is unacceptable. As for your brother in law losing his job in the petrol station due to more flexible staff - are you suggesting that these asian chaps are working 24/7? How many hours are they working? Had we been in the EU; they wouldnt be allowed to work over a certain number of hours (believe its 38hrs). Shame in this country there are way too many loopholes and a toothless law to go with it which is why a lot of people asian, polish, white, whatever choose to exploit (rogue traders anyone)...... imi
im just not very good at english lit. Ok....its English language......not literature. Britain is a small island but a very diverse one; there are areas like London & the major citires where we are lucky to live in a cultural and racially diverse society open and exposed to all which is why probably we have a different view to yours. Its not all rosy by any means however it is definitely more 2009 than what you have described.
