Chris Wilson
We are out with Pete (the mod), meal booked. But there's a TV in the pub The fact the landlord cum chef is as black as the ace of spades may have some bearing on how one might ask for a channel change to watch the BNP though. We should have eaten by then

Gaz6002
No point in watching it now, Most of the news showed the show. Their view of the show, anyway. Remember the BBC aren't very popular right now because of allowing the whole thing to go ahead. Expect their reporting to be skewed towards winning back some favour with the public. IMHO, of course. Gaz6002
I will still be watching it anyway Same, looking forward to it actually. I'm often intrigued when so much hype is generated and such high emotion is displayed. I wonder how well Griffin will fight his corner. Surely he doesn't stand a chance? Oh I don't expect him to break, but equally I don't expect him to get his point across with any gravitas. He can't be completely thick to get into the position he's in to begin with, regardless of his 'views'. I imagine he'll get a hammering from all angles, and won't get a chance to say much. gaz1
well a lot of people are getting seriously pissed with all the other parties, and that is the only reason he is getting publicity now

Gaz6002
well a lot of people are getting seriously pissed with all the other parties, and that is the only reason he is getting publicity now I am more inclined to blame the media - more specifically, the BBC and the major rags. They're the ones who've given him a soap box to stand on. lets hope it makes good TV Oh I'm sure it will

Max Headroom
Not that I condone Nick Griffin and his party, BUT, given that the Labour party is in such dire straits isn't all this hype deflecting from the bad publicity they would have received if NG wasn't appearing? Smoke and mirrors? or am I being too cynical
tooquicktostop
hmm.......what an idiot. guy is just a manipulator and nothing more. ill-informed and ignorant. An "idiot" does not get 1 million votes, he is feeding of the complete mess that the main parties have made of the Uk in the last decade, we should not confused that we are becoming a racist country
Gaz6002
What a farce! I don't think I've seen a question answered by Griffin yet. It's all geared towards damage control.
