Looks like a stretched MkII Escort for me.....

The MK2 Escort is a classic, these things just look like cheap Chinese fake cars or the kind of kits mentalist wombles build out of all the bits they have gathered from the local scrap yard.

£160,000 might buy you exclusivity and quality materials (I hope!) but they are nasty things that stopped design development in the late 70's, not a time remembered for it's classic lines, sticking some 90's rear lights on doesn't help. The Bristol Fighter tried and failed too.

If I wanted a car that looked like the front of a Capri welded to the back of a Senator then I'd probably just make one myself, paying Bristol to do it seems a bit silly.

:D You can buy one hell of a "cut n' shut" for £160K..!!

I thought I knew a fair bit about cars but I have never seen one of these on the road. I probably thought it was a MKII Escort....:innocent:
