Hermit
The white version of these match 4300k quite well, and fill the reflector with light so they don't look like dots... http://www.ultraleds.co.uk/images/u5019w.jpg 9 LED (very bright!) 5 LED (plenty bright enough to look fine)
Paul
I've got PIAA ones but I think they were silly money, about £40 for a pair
devan
Ive got a pair of sidelight bulbs with 25 LED's per bulb. I had them on my Citroen C4 and then stuck them in my Supra and they look really smart when its dark. I got them from ebay, ill have a look to see if i can see them. You can see them on my avatar
devan
Here is the link: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2x-194-501-25-SMD-White-High-Power-LED-Car-Light-Bulb-K_W0QQitemZ170376901259QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item27ab41328b&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14 They only just fit in the slot and just touch the edge of the light unit thing because they are so long, but i would recommend them, they are very bright and look excellent. Lbm
I use these puppies. £4 the pair + £1 p&p They usually arrive in around 7 days http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2pcs-501-W5W-Wide-Angle-12-LED-White-Dash-Wedge-Bulbs_W0QQitemZ200380711164QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item2ea79f00fc&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14
Hermit
Devan, on my scale I think I'd say those are very very very bright! Main thing for me is that for that type of LED, the white version is a very good match to 4300k HIDs. Lbm, I tried some similar to those but didn't like them - they didn't fill the reflector with light which I though looked 'odd'. Got any pics? Like you I have 4300k HIDs and they match perfectly. I put my old LEDs in my number plate lights.
Lbm
. Lbm, I tried some similar to those but didn't like them - they didn't fill the reflector with light which I though looked 'odd'. Got any pics? No pics sorry. They just look like LED sidelights to me, which I find agreeable.
devan
Hermit, yep they are preeety bright, The only reason i got 25 LED was because my C4 had a large sidelight area, and the normal bulbs just dont cover all of it, so the 25 LED all angle ones did the job. Hope I didn't come across as criticising your choice, that wasn't how it was meant at all
