pedrosixfour
OMG! To say that was disturbing is an understatement. I know I'll be thinking about that for a long time to come. I have a knot in my stomach just from the thoughts of it. I had a similar experience not so long ago. I too had to talk to a Welsh person and it was bloody awful. I was lucky though because I could still stand up and walk away, which I did, obviously.
Aero-M
It is certainly shocking, Made my stomach turn a bit, and also a tear to the thought this really happens, so neadlessly.

RedM
I had to stop watching when the little lass was wanting her mum and dad to wake up. I know it's only a film but do her 'parents' survive in the full length version.

No, Im fairly sure they didn't, That really is the most moving part of the film, The baby is dead and the 5 year old boy has lost his mum and dad. marbleapple
The firm I work for specialises in personal injury.... I have lost count of the people killed, brain damaged or severely disabled by idiots causing head on collisions due to txting, being on the phone or racing. I know people on here will make jokes about the video but any one who has been involved in or had a family member involved in a serious accident I suspect won't find the topic as funny. Aero-M
The producers made this film for £2000. In an attempt to make drivers, teenagers especially, realise the dangers. It has been a worldwide watched video. Jeremy Vine had the producers on the show today along with people phoning in with their opinions. I wonder if the £2000 included things like the destroyed cars and the helicopter.
robin
I wonder why it seemed to only be ford cars which were involved in the accident, what are they trying to say?
pedrosixfour
That they were on a 2 grand budget.
hoff
Why is that not on T.V.? F*ck Johny Vagus selling tea, that is what should fill ad breaks IMHO a few times in the evening. Shocking but very good. I really cant stand texting while driving, it's so much more dangerous than talking on a mobile IMO. You take you eyes off the road for a good lengh of time. I'm off my soap box now.

Abz
Sent this to a couple of friends...Carelessness (if thats a word) causes a lot of accidents. 2 weeks ago a guy in a 5 series nearly collided into my Supe on A406, luckily no one was in my left lane & I was quick to react! He said sorry with a wave of his hand, but did not notice he still had the phone in the same hand!
