Look forward to seeing the bodyshop pic! Nice pat on the back from them about your bodywork, though :) You should be chuffed, coz you've impressed the hell out of this forum.

looking forward to seeing the finished product, your engine bay is a work of art

Cheers guys. If the paint on my last supra is anything to go by it's going to look pretty awesome once it's all done for sure.

thought you would of gone for something a little whiter than the stock toyota white

I like the shade of 040 Toyota white. Looks awesome when it's nice and shiney polished. Anyways I've got to keep SOMETHING stock on the car, there's almost nothing left.

It's all getting exciting now. I called over the bodyshop on Tuesday and they have been cracking on with the car. Drivers rear arch is now complete all the unwanted holes in the engine bay I don't need have been welded and filled and he was on smoothing them all in when I arrived.

I'm calling over again today so fingers crossed the bay will almost be ready to be primed.

The end is insight now thank god lol. It's been a lonnnnnnnnng ride.

Cheers Geo. The thread isn't finished by a long way. Ive still got a lot to do with the car brfore it's finished.

Engine wise I want a new timing belt and billet tensioner fitted, and I'm going to make a 4" catback exhaust at work before the car is dyno'd. I've got an sound system to build too which I've got a few interesting ideas I want to try with the rear seat install.

john is that your alarm in the scuttle? i need to locate mine but have no idea where :search:

Yeah it is mate. Check out Johnnys build thread too I relocated his in the inner wing facing into the engine bay through the hole next to the brake servo. I think there's a pic of it in place in his thread somewhere.

Looking great Hodge, ever though of smoothing the aerial ???

Cant wait to see her painted mate.. looks like a few sleepless nights of excitement for you then lol

I like the stock electric Ariel bud. Once it's back from paint there will be some very very long shifts put in to get her back together that's for sure.
