I had a mooch up to John's today, and have to say the car looks very impressive in the flesh.

Could'nt believe how well the kit went on,just goes to show, you get what you pay for.

Cheers for the wheels too John.

No probs any time mate.

Cool. My pal has the carbon thing going on with his Soarer. The original struts turned it into a catapult:)

Sick to death of bodywork for a while ive moved onto the rear seat install.

Now ive kept this very quiet as I didnt know how it was gona turn out, but it seems to be coming on very well.

i swapped my back seat for an install which was in all honesty very tacky. But in hindsight it will serve as a good base for my own little touches. it consists of 2 12" sub enclosures and a centre part (which had amps in) I will be modding it to house my fuse holders for the batteries and a panel to mount my NOS bottle/bracket.

The centre part is done but im just waiting fo the fibreglass to dry on the boxes so I can recover them. They were all smoothed and painted origionally but i wanted them covered in black carpet so everything ties in with the car. I want black carpet from the front right through to the back of the boot.

ill take some pics and post them up once I get the fibreglass dry. I dont think I must have put enough hardner in as its taken 24hrs already and still isnt totally dry.

Also whilst I was at work I have borrowed jevansios Solid gearshift bushes and made myself a set. pretty easy to make really. Unfortunatly we had no aluminuim bar so had to make it out of brass. has the same ware qualities but is slightly heavier.

Turbo is on it's way from the states. It should be here in 6-10 days.:eyebrows:

spend a couple of hours today stripping the cage out of the car again.. I'm not happy with the finish and think it's gona let the interior down so I'm taking it to be powdercoated in the morning when I finish work. Hopefully I'll get it back in a few days and by then the rear sound system install will be finished ready to go in.

I'm Going to make some speaker pods for the rears to house a set of components. I may as well do all this while I've got the panels out so I'm not taking things apart again at a later date.

Will probs get onto this on Friday so should have some nice pics for you all then.

OK guys here you go.

Unfortunatly theres no as i built it pics just some finished product.

i really wasnt sure how this would turn out but I think ive pulled it off. it may not be to everyones taste but i love good quality music and enjoy beep base too hence the two 12" Rockfords.

I havnt built the amp rack yet which will be very suttle. Im gona make a false floor in the bood and sink them it. As i want to still be able to fit the roof in.

Please bare in mind ive removed the cage and its being powdercoated so everything is just test fit.
