Electric folding mirror

Hi guys,

 

Could someone please let me know how to tell if a door mirror is electric folding or not when it's off the car and if facelift models are different to non facelift?

I require a drivers side electric folding door mirror for a 97 facelift in black. I've been offered one but don't know if it's electric folding or what year it's off.
