TH400 vs V160/161

Might be opening a can of worms here,but is there any member/s here who has owned or driven both types of trannys,Dude or Terminator etc...?

 

I am about to go large on the turbo side,but I am a lazy bastard and would like to go down the TH400 route I.E no gear changes.

And I do love my BL box but it will never cope with a T76dbb.

 

But having seen the recent thread from AFR tuning they are doing a good deal on 6 speed conversions so I'm drawn towards a 6 speed swap.

 

I just need some pros and cons here from people with experience with both types.
