My Dash Conversions

Right,

small rant from me here... Quite a few of you have had converison of me, for which I am very greatful, however as the conversion is on an exchange basis it requires you to return your dash to me. this is where the exchange system falls down on your part, some are taking upto a month (in some cases even longer) to return the dash to me (this has been going on for some time now), which has a massive knock on effect further down the line. I already use 2 full kits, and slowly getting a 3rd togther to help the situation, but all I can see is the same thing happening. Unless poeple start retuning the parts back to me quicker I can see two options

  1. Stop the exchange basis
  2. introduce a retunable surcharge (to be refunded on recipt of your parts)

over to you.

I would introduce the surcharge if people are taking their time returning the dash.

Out of interest how much is a full conversion by your good self? I've been on this forum 4 years now and didn't know you did them on an exchange basis

youve been here four years and only have 697 posts????? your keyboard broken or something?? :D

back on topic, i'd charge in advance si. best way to stop people taking the p!$$....

To be honest it would be better to stop the exhchange basis.

If you add a refundable deposit into the equation, you will then once recieved the item back go and send the deposit back which is an extra inconvenience to you plus there will be the extra costs on paypal. So who would pay that?

Pay by cheque or bank transfer as this will eliminate the problem you have highlighted.
