Whitesupraboy2
Going along our stupid roads today and the inner lip of a rear alloy has been bent It isnt cracked but just bent out slightly. Anyone recommend someone to repair this? If anyone knows someone in Dorset thats better, but if not happy to send alloy off as i go on holiday shortly. ivan
Have you asked that place down opposite Macro? ISTR there's a wheel refurb place just to the right of the tyre outlet.

Chris Wilson
If it's a cast wheel a repair may be dodgy without an X-Ray or at least a dye penetrant crack test. A forged rim is a safer bet to have knocked back into shape. I'd still want a crack test though, myself.

No cheers, ill pop there on way back from Gym today, although unlikely to be open. yep speedwells did a great job on my wheels. And do these necessary checks.

Paul
Get paperwork to say it's had dye pen done, not the sort of thing that's done in-house I'd imagine so they should have an invoice or report from a subbie.

Whitesupraboy2
oh just get a block of would and a BIG hammer and wack away I was considering this, but this wheel has caused me hassle with the rim previously leaking air. So I want it sorted....wood and hammer probably not the answer
