A total hotch potch of bought in bits thrown together. 40K would buy a proper factory built race car that would shame that thing with just its roll cage build quality. I'm not even going to touch on the colour scheme. I call things like that RTB cars. When the wife sees them she just jerks her thumb and says "Round the back".
