Trig
think it is a NVIDIA GeForce Go 7000
Homer
Have you got any more info on you graphics card for your laptop I think the AMD Turion is a dual core 64 processor so should more than meet the requirements, however as always the graphics chip and whether it's integrated will be the key to performance and whether it meets specs. gordy07
Should run it ok but im sure an expert will be along shortly. Have you tried to play it or are you thinking of buying the game?
Trig
its a game im thinking of buying, Flight Sim X. im pretty sure it will run on my parents pc but was just wondering if it would run on my laptop as well. was more worried about the processor being 1.8 and it requires 2ghz? Homer
think it is a NVIDIA GeForce Go 7000 If it's a 7000m model it more than meets the requirements. It's a 3.0 shader model and judging by the min specs will be great for whatever is in mind. On the other hand it's an old and outdated setup and not what you'd call future proof

Processor speed itself makes no difference these days, it's all about the model and spec. I have a high end PC but FS X still run like a dog on it It needs massive ram and video memory (4GB RAM and 512MB graphics didn't cut it)

duncz
If you're not sure how to use Torrents, don't bother with Pirate Bay It's also not strictly legal to download programs you're meant to pay for Your laptop has a 1.8ghz Turion chip, the game requires a 2ghz. That's a bit misleading though as the Turion chips are dual core, meaning you effectively have two processors - not quite the 3.6ghz it would seem, but significantly better than a 2ghz single core chip. Flight sims are usually relatively RAM-hungry but your laptop has double the recommended spec. Similarly your graphics card should have more than 128mb RAM so I'm fairly sure it'll play well enough. DamanC
Hi Trig, Yes it will run ....... but like a bag of shit. Flight Sim X is a hugely graphics intense game, even if you had the top GeForce Go 7XXX card it will still struggle. By all means, give it a go but I think you will be hugely disapointed with how it looks. If you are wanting top play games on a lappie then you need £1K upwards worth of hardware. Alternatively, build a gaming PC for under half that.
