benkei
I'm fitting my delimiter to the car today (MK2 MR2 Turbo) and I noticed some kind of circuit behind the rev counter, so I took it off to have a look... No Idea what it is? Does anyone here know what it is??
michael
No idea off the top of my head (will check my workshop manuals later if I get chance) but it looks as though it's supposed to be there - what's on the back of it?
benkei
Yeh, it dosn't look like any after market device. On the back are 4 screws which hold it to the clock case and the circuitry which goes all over. There isn't one is my other set of clocks, so I'm not sure if it's standard, or some kind of optional extra which does something?!
Todd
Looks like one of stefs (from the mr2oc) delimiters/converters.
benkei
Looks like one of stefs (from the mr2oc) delimiters/converters. Finilly enough I have one (I was going to fit it) The Stef Derner delimiter fits on the 4 screws at the back of the speedo, it was only after checking the clocks I noticed this. Might just take it off to avoid confusion...
benkei
UPDATE: I just took it off: I followed some of the paths to the device on the back of the clocks, and it looks like it may be related to the turbo. One of the paths goes to the turbo dial, and the circuit also says 'turbo' on it...
Supra-Brett
UPDATE: and the circuit also says 'turbo' on it... It must be a turbo then:d
